Directions to Morning Dew Farm

There are 2 ways to get to the farm.

Option #1 is 15 minutes faster than Option #2 but has a steep hill on a well maintained gravel road. Put your vehicle into low gear for the hill and you will be fine. Play loud music while doing this. I prefer the Grateful Dead but other bands may do.

Options #2 is the best way to take if you have an RV or pop up camper or towing a trailer. Also take this option if you get nervous on steep hills or if there is snow or ice. Or if you don’t have access to good music.

Option #1

From Interstate 64 East (past Lexington)

1. Take the Mountain Parkway East towards Campton/Hazard
2. Take Exit 43 toward Campton/Hazard/Hwy 15
3. Go down the hill and through the light. You are now on Highway 15. Drive 4.1 miles
4. You will be passing Spencers Pawn and Ammo Shop, a yellow store on the left then some large rocks along these 4 miles. (Spencers Pawn Shop shows up on apple maps.)
5. Take a left onto Hollons Fork Road (labeled road). This is a gravel road. Go up the big hill, then down the big hill. Keep going on this gravel road. The farm is the one with big barn (partly red) on the left. Pass the first gate then enter through the second gate.

Option #2.

From Interstate 64 East (past Lexington)

Take this road if you are afraid of going up a steep mountain gravel road.
Or have a camper or RV.

1. Take the Mountain Parkway East towards Campton/Hazard
2. Take Exit 43 toward Campton/Hazard/Hwy 15
3. You will approach the town of Campton. Go straight through the first
   intersection/stoplight.
4. Take a left at Elkins Road (by Dairy Queen).
5. Take a right on Campton Baptist Road/Number 2491
